If you want to combine the enjoyment of art with great views of the city, your destination is the Olympic hill called Montjuïc. In a relaxing setting with awesome viewpoints, well-tended gardens and sports halls, we will visit the National Museum of Art of Catalonia (MNAC). We will enjoy a pleasant and 360º panoramic stroll on the museum terrace, from which we will be able to see both the Tibidabo Hill and the Mediterranean Sea, the 1992 Olympic Ring and the 1929 Expo buildings. We will then visit the excellent and complete collection of Romanesque Art of the museum and continue with the splendid Miró Foundation. We will be captivated by the dreamy paintings and imaginative sculptures of the Catalan artist Joan Miró, exhibited in the rationalist building designed by Harvard Professor Josep Maria Sert.
